Al Power: Do any of you Rigger types remember an instructor from Halton called "Billy Henry"?

Dave Wallace Sorry Al, I can honestly say that I have no recollection of any instructor at Halton at all. Sad isn't it.

Dave Wallace I think I'm suffering from mental Rigger Mortis, get it, boom boom! :)

Stuart Morgan Mr Doal and C/T Flint (40th entry) are the only two names of the instructors that I can recall. The instructor in the first bay we attended is memorable, but I cannot recall his name, and I remember the Cpl who taught us hydraulics, but not his name.

Bob Pilbrow Not me. But I do remember Mr Jones, Doel, Dean, Hulme. Cpl Drake, CT Wolstenholme. Anyone else know others?

David Brassett We had C/T Pasco for our first phase, I met him again in Singapore then again after I came out at BAe Warton. I also remember C/T Flint on our basic airframes phase. A "Do You Remember?" page on the web site is a good idea.

Bob Pilbrow Mr Hulme was, and is, famous with all for his 9 pint brazing lamp.I also remember Mr Russel aka dent head who taught basic electrics. As I recall Al Urmson did the whole basic electrics weeks using a scouse accent.

Nobby Marshall: Anyone remember Mr Jones - Basic Hydraulics? Most memorable phrase "ammerin and bangerin in the system"
